About Us We are Tom & Connie Schmelz, the owner/operators of Center Copy West. We've owned Center Copy West for almost 12 years, but our entrepreneurial history began more than 25 years ago in the restaurant business. Fifteen years, two restaurants and two cafeterias later, we decided to move to a five-day-a-week, Monday through Friday career, and opened Center Copy West! Our experience prepared us well for the printing world. Our years of customer service assures you of nothing less than first class, top notch personal attention. Like preparing fine food, we’ve found that printing requires the same fine attention to detail to assure a properly completed project.
